how can Podcasts be used commercially

Podcasts could be used as short advertisements or instructions for customers e.g. how to distinguish between a letter, large letter & packet. What the related costs are. Internally, podcasts could be used for health and saftey videos or training videos for Counter staff. They could also be used as a "broadcast to the nation" for specific departments instead of individuals travelling to a central location.
